Our TEM 34 Esenyurt 1 project is located in Istanbul Esenyurt and has a construction area of 128,343 m². Our project includes advantageous features such as truck entry on each floor, floor heights ranging from 7 to 10 meters, strong carrying capacity, high electrical energy, wide column spacing, and spacious corridors. Our project has wide maneuvering areas for trucks.
